Summary (plain English)
- → We collect your email, name, and generation history to run the service.
- → Your generated videos are stored in Cloudflare R2 and are private to your account.
- → We do not sell your data. We do not use your prompts or outputs for model training.

- → You can delete your account and all data at any time from /account.
Data we collect
Account data
Email address, display name, hashed password (bcrypt), Google OAuth ID if you sign in with Google.
Generation data
Prompts, input files (images/video uploaded to R2), output video URLs, model type, resolution, duration, credit cost, job status.
Billing data
Stripe customer ID, subscription plan, billing cycle, invoice history. Card numbers are processed by Stripe and never reach our servers.
Usage data
Job history, credit balance, API key usage counts. Used for billing, support, and abuse detection only.
Authentication logs
Login timestamps, IP address (hashed, not stored in plain text), failed login attempts for lockout protection.
GDPR (EU users)
Legal basis for processing: contract performance (running the service you subscribed to) and legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention). You have the right to access, rectify, erase, or export your data. Email us at privacy@googlegeminiomni.com for any GDPR requests. We respond within 30 days.
CCPA (California users)
We do not sell personal information. California residents have the right to know what data we hold and to request deletion. Contact privacy@googlegeminiomni.com.
Data retention
Account data is retained until you delete your account. Generated outputs are stored for 90 days after generation. Billing records are retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance. Deleting your account removes all personal data within 30 days, except records required by law.
