1. Service description

Google Gemini Omni (googlegeminiomni.com) is an independent SaaS platform that provides a browser interface and API for generating video, character-consistent clips, and voiceovers using the Gemini Omni model family. This platform is not affiliated with Google LLC or Alphabet Inc.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction. By creating an account you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Credits included in your plan reset on each billing cycle and do not roll over. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period no partial refunds are issued. All prices are in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes.

4. Content license

Subject to compliance with these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy, outputs generated on any paid plan are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free commercial license. You own the outputs. We do not claim intellectual property rights over content you generate. See Commercial Use License for the plain-English version.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to generate content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy, including CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, targeted harassment, or content designed to deceive voters or interfere with elections.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms with 14 days' notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
